To support the execution of Mobilink Bank’s internal and external communications, contributing to brand visibility, employee engagement, and stakeholder alignment across media, digital, and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in internal communications, including announcements, employee campaigns, and leadership messaging
* Draft and assist in developing press releases, articles, & briefing notes, in alignment with the PR agency
* Coordinate with media, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and engagements
* Assist in social media content ideation, creation, and execution, with a focus on LinkedIn
* Provide on-ground and logistical support for media engagements (press events, interviews, roundtables)
* Support planning and execution of townhalls and internal events in collaboration with HR and Marketing
* Contribute to research and tracking of industry trends and media coverage
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
* 1-2 years of relevant experience (banking/financial services experience is a plus)
Essential Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic understanding of PR, media, and digital platforms
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & Adobe suite/Canva
* Good coordination and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
