To lead the development and growth of the House Finance (Mortgage) portfolio by designing customer-centric, competitive, and compliant housing finance products. The role ensures profitability, regulatory compliance with SBP guidelines, Shariah adherence (where applicable), and effective coordination with sales, risk, and operations to drive business growth and expand access to home ownership.
• Design, launch, and manage house finance products aligned with market needs, ensuring competitive positioning, optimal pricing, and sustainable profitability
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, leveraging customer and sales feedback to enhance product features, processes, and turnaround time
• Drive overall product performance, focusing on volume growth, product yield optimization, revenue generation, and portfolio quality
• Lead product development initiatives to introduce new financing solutions and enhance existing offerings based on evolving customer and market dynamics
• Streamline the end-to-end loan lifecycle through IT enablement and digitalisation to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer experience
• Monitor and improve product profitability by analyzing cost of funds, risk-adjusted returns, operational expenses, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product implementation, system integration, and process effectiveness
• Ensure full compliance with SBP regulations and, where applicable, Shariah requirements
• Enable business growth by supporting sales teams through structured product training and effective go-to-market coordination
• Monitor key performance indicators and continuously refine strategies to improve product performance, customer experience, and profitability
• Any other task assigned
Required Qualification & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably MBA or M.Com) in Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration from a HEC-recognized university.
• Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
o Certification in Risk Management or Credit Analysis
o Any product management certification (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute)
• 5–7 years of experience with proven track record of launching successful housing finance products within a bank, microfinance bank, or housing finance company
• Prior experience in sales, credit, or operations related to home loans is beneficial.
