Job Details:

    • We are looking for a creative Executive Brands & Digital to own our social media presence, drive paid performance, and build brand across digital channels. You will sit at the intersection of content creation, community management, paid campaigns, SEO and liason across departments to deliver campaigns that convert.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Social Media Content & Channel Management
    • - Create, plan, and publish platform-native content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp, made according to the tone, format, and audience of each channel.
    • - Record, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos end-to-end, from scripting and recording to editing and writing captions.
    • - Actively monitor all channels, respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner, and resolve customer concerns in a way that attracts positive sentiment towards the brand.
    • - Maintain a rolling content calendar with a mix of awareness, engagement, and product-centric content pieces.
    • Paid Media & Performance Campaigns
    • - Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
    • - Develop User-Generated Content (UGC)content pieces specifically designed for paid social campaigns, optimising for CTRn and CPR.
    • - Continuously monitor live campaigns, analyse performance data (CPM, CPC, CTR), identify underperforming ad sets, and implement optimisations, including creative rotation, bid strategy adjustments, audience refinement, and budget reallocation.
    • Growth & Campaign Ideation
    • - Generate fresh, insight-driven campaign ideas for both organic and paid growth.
    • - Identify trends relevant to the brand and propose proactive campaign concepts.
    • SEO
    • - Support on-page SEO efforts by optimising web page content, meta titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchies, and internal linking structures in line with target keywords.
    • - Contribute to keyword research and content gap analysis; create or refine landing page copy that balances search intent.
    • Liason:
    • - Coordinate with the business and product teams to gather information on active discounts, offers, and promotions and disseminate them timely, on social media and digital campaigns.
    • - Ensure all promotional communication is accurate, brand-compliant, and disseminated across the right channels at the right time.
    • Requirements:
    • - 1–3 years in a digital marketing or social media role.
    • - Hands-on with canva, capcut and similar tools.
    • - Basic knowledge of Meta ads, TikTok ads and Google ads.
    • - Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals.
