Assistant Manager Finance

Job Details:

    • To ensure accurate accounting and processing of vendor invoices, maintain fixed asset register, disposal records, manage employee reimbursements recoveries and clearances, administer petty cash operations, and oversee corporate credit card and RTGS related accounting activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
    • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper expense booking, cost allocation to relevant departments/branches, and compliance with approved budgets, contracts, and company policies.
    • Maintain and update fixed asset register by booking new assets and recording disposal proceeds, asset details, deposit information, and employee/vendor records while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage employee clearance processes by coordinating with HR, identifying outstanding recoveries related to advances and receivables, and ensuring timely accounting and settlement of deductions.
    • Administer petty cash operations for Head Office and assigned locations, including replenishment, record maintenance, reconciliations, expense verification, and category wise expenditure analysis.
    • Manage corporate credit card and RTGS transactions by recording and reconciling payments, monitoring spending, ensuring compliance with approval requirements, and maintaining accurate payment records.
    • Perform Reconciliations of relevant account payable of GL head.
    • o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field (e.g., BBA, MBA Finance, M.Com).ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.
    • o 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or General Accounting.
