Assistant Manager Data Analytics & Insights

Job Details:

    • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP’s prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Operations efficiently and consistently. • Responsible for the constant & periodic data requirements of Regulator and Corporate partners in a timely, accurate & efficient manner. • Extensive Knowledge of financial system data base for extraction of data through queries and perform complex data Analysis. • To Maintain strong adherence in Data related Audit Observations from regulator and Internal/External Audit. • To maintain and provide up to date information/Dashboards to Management and other stake holders. • Working, managing, transforming and modelling large datasets to provide valuable insights that help us to make decision, build customer solutions and fulfill data requirements. • Data Analysis with various statistical evaluations for product feature enhancement/modification and Business Analysis. • Implement and oversee data validation procedures to detect and correct errors. • Conduct regular audits and reviews of data processes to maintain high standards of data quality. • Manage and maintain and manage Digital Financial Services datasets, ensuring their reliability and performance and up to date. Work closely with product managers, IT teams, and customer service to address data-related challenges and enhance systems processing. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. • Train staff on data handling best practices and regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
