Job Details:

    • We are looking for a creative and energetic Executive Brand & Digital to support Mobilink Bank’s brand-building and digital marketing efforts across social, digital, and campaign channels.
    • The role will support social media management, content creation, community engagement, paid media, SEO, brand campaigns, creative coordination, and cross-functional liaison with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging content, assist in campaign execution, maintain brand consistency, and help deliver communication that supports both brand visibility and business objectives.
    • Social Media & Digital Communication
    • • Support the planning, publishing, and management of content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and WhatsApp.
    • • Maintain a rolling content calendar covering brand, product, engagement, employer brand, and awareness-led communication.
    • • Monitor social media channels and coordinate timely responses to comments, queries, and customer concerns where required.
    • • Support basic digital amplification, performance tracking, and reporting for campaign visibility.
    • Brand Marketing & Campaign Support
    • • Support the development and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, internal campaigns, and customer communication initiatives.
    • • Assist in preparing creative briefs, campaign notes, content direction, and communication requirements for agencies and internal teams.
    • • Ensure all communication is aligned with Mobilink Bank’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and approved messaging.
    • • Coordinate the development of digital and offline collaterals, including social media posts, banners, brochures, standees, branch communication, and campaign adaptations.
    • • Track brand and campaign trends to suggest relevant ideas that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
    • Creative Coordination & Content Development
    • • Work closely with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
    • • Review creative drafts for accuracy, brand alignment, design consistency, and messaging clarity.
    • • Support content development for campaigns, social media, internal communication, website updates, and product communication.
    • • Assist in adapting campaign ideas across multiple formats and channels while maintaining a unified brand message.
    • Campaign Ideation & Market Awareness
    • • Contribute fresh, insight-driven ideas for brand campaigns, activations, and communication initiatives.
    • • Track market trends, competitor communication, digital formats, and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
    • • Recommend creative approaches that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Stakeholder Liaison & Execution
    • • Coordinate with business, product, branch, digital, compliance, agencies, and vendors for campaign requirements and approvals.
    • • Gather accurate information on products, offers, promotions, and initiatives to support timely communication.
    • • Ensure all communication is accurate, approved, brand-compliant, and delivered within agreed timelines.
    • • Support day-to-day execution of marketing activities across brand, campaign, and communication requirements.
    • • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand marketing, or campaign execution.
    • • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, and similar content creation/editing tools.
    • • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaign optimization.
    • • Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals, including keywords, meta titles, descriptions, and landing page copy.
    • • Strong writing, captioning, and content planning skills.
    • • Ability to support brand campaigns, product launches, and digital communication initiatives.
    • • Strong coordination skills for working with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
    • • Creative mindset with attention to detail, timelines, and brand consistency.
