The role will provide end-to-end operational and administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs, accurate learning data and reporting, effective administration of digital learning platforms, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position will also support learning campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, vendor management, and day-to-day L&D operations.
• Coordinate and provide end-to-end administrative support for training sessions, workshops, learning programs, and L&D events.
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, learning partners, and internal stakeholders for planning and execution of learning initiatives.
• Maintain and update L&D MIS, trackers, employee learning records, participation, attendance, and completion data.
• Support post-training evaluations, feedback consolidation, completion tracking, and periodic learning reports.
• Provide first-level administration and support for TalentLMS, including course creation, enrollment, content uploads, catalog maintenance, and learner records.
• Support administration and engagement of digital learning platforms including LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and Udemy Business.
• Support learning campaigns, learning challenges, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support preparation and coordination of learning materials, presentations, employee communications, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with L&D vendors and learning partners and support end-to-end invoice documentation, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Provide on-ground support for L&D sessions and events and manage multiple activities and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, training coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in training coordination, LMS/digital learning platform administration, MIS/reporting, or vendor coordination will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Strong administrative, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
