• Assist the Manager FP&A in preparing periodic financial performance reports and presentations for the Team Head
• Prepare management dashboards and performance summaries highlighting key trends, issues, and areas requiring management attention.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.
• Assess the financial implications of changes in the regulatory, legal, tax, accounting, or business environment.
• Conduct research on competitors and peer institutions in Pakistan and international markets
• Monitor developments in the banking, financial services, fintech, and digital banking sectors and assess their potential implications for the organization
• Support the Manager FP&A in the financial integration of acquired entities into the organization
• Assist in developing and monitoring the post-acquisition integration plan, particularly for Finance
• Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Operations, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and other functions to track integration milestones.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks during the integration process and escalate them to the Manager FP&A
Timely and accurate management performance reports.

Regulatory/legal impact assessments.
Post-acquisition integration tracking and reporting.
Strategic and ad-hoc analysis for the Manager.

A Graduate from a recognized university with 3-4 year prior experience
Experience in the banking industry is a plus
