Agile Business Analyst – Treasury & Financial Operations

Job Details:

    • • Lead functional requirement gathering, story mapping, and Agile backlog grooming for Treasury, Money Market, Forex, and Liquidity Management operations.
    • • Translate complex treasury business requirements into granular Agile User Stories and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) for Temenos T24 Treasury modules (FX, MM, Sec, ND).
    • • Specify data mapping, message schemas, and workflow logic for State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) RTGS (PRISM) and SWIFT integration rails.
    • • Define General Ledger (GL) posting rules, automated revaluation logic, and end-of-day (EOD) treasury batch processing specifications in T24.
    • • Conduct impact analysis and GAP assessments for automated hedging models, interbank placements, and daily liquidity monitoring workflows.
    • • Validate Definition of Ready (DoR) criteria and collaborate with SQA and engineering teams to ensure accurate financial calculations during sprint execution.
    • • Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Financial Engineering, or Business Administration.
    • • Have a minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, with at least 3 years focused on Treasury operations and Temenos T24 Treasury modules.
    • Essential Skills and Competencies:
    • • Deep functional knowledge of Temenos T24 Treasury, Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), and General Ledger (GL) modules.
    • • In-depth understanding of SBP RTGS (PRISM), SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX formats), and money market clearing protocols.
    • • Expertise in Agile BA practices: Jira user story drafting, acceptance criteria formulation, and FRS technical documentation.
    • • Strong grasp of financial mathematics, yield calculations, interbank deal lifecycles, and treasury risk parameters.
    • Desirable Skills:
    • • Temenos T24 Treasury Certification; ACI Dealing Certificate; Certified Agile Business Analyst (CABA).
