• Elicit, analyse, and document functional requirements for individual and group lending micro-credit products, commercial loans, and digital micro-finance portfolios.
• Author FRS technical documentation and user stories for Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA Lending) module, configuring Property Classes, Charge Profiles, Interest Rules, and Payment Workflows.
• Design localized T24 System Screens (Versions), Business Enquiries, Deal Slips, User Menus, and Local Reference Fields tailored for micro-credit field and branch operations.
• Map integration workflows between Loan Origination Systems (LOS), T24 Core Banking, credit bureau (eCIB/eKYC) APIs, credit scoring engines, and collection/recovery tools.
• Define parametric rules for group lending solidarity mechanisms, loan disbursal routines, early repayment schedules, overdue penalty engines, and non-performing loan (NPL) provisioning.
• Conduct detailed GAP analysis between out-of-the-box T24 AA Lending structures and SBP microfinance regulatory guidelines.
• Lead functional test execution, prepare test cases, validate Close of Business (COB) loan batch processing outputs, and track defects in Jira.
• Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Have a minimum 5 to 7+ years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience on Temenos T24 AA Lending within microfinance or retail banking.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
• Deep functional mastery of Temenos T24 AA Lending module, Group Lending structures, Micro-credit workflows, and Branchless Banking paradigms.
• Hands-on proficiency in designing T24 Versions, Enquiries, Deal Slips, and Local Reference Fields.
• Strong expertise in drafting Agile User Stories, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), FRS artifacts, and managing UAT cycles in Jira.
• Comprehensive understanding of General Ledger (GL) accounting entries related to credit disbursal, accruals, provisioning, and write-offs.
