Drive functional requirements and Agile story mapping for Shariah-compliant microfinance and commercial financing products (Murabaha, Musawamah, Ijarah, Diminishing Musharaka).
• Translate Shariah Board approvals and business product concepts into detailed FRS technical specifications and user stories for Temenos T24 Islamic Banking / Islamic AA modules.
• Formulate parametric configurations for profit-sharing ratios, asset purchase/sale stages, charity calculation logic, and Islamic collateral management in T24.
• Map operational workflows for stage-based asset financing, ensuring strict functional compliance with Shariah audit trail requirements.
• Define accounting entry parameters for Islamic GL accounts, profit accrual pools, reserve funds, and early settlement rebate (Ibra) calculations.
• Partner with Shariah Compliance officers, Business POs, and developers to ensure all sprint deliverables meet both Shariah and technical Definition of Ready (DoR) standards.
• Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science, Islamic Banking & Finance, or Business Administration.
• Have a minimum 5 to 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Islamic financial institutions, with specific hands-on experience in Temenos T24 Islamic AA modules.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
• Deep domain mastery of Islamic financing structures (Murabaha, Ijarah, Diminishing Musharaka, Salam, Istisna).
• Hands-on functional proficiency in Temenos T24 Islamic Banking / Islamic AA modules and Shariah pool management.
• Strong capability in drafting Agile User Stories, state-transition diagrams, and detailed FRS artifacts.
• Sound knowledge of SBP Islamic Banking regulations, AAOIFI Shariah standards, and Islamic GL accounting principles.
