Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Temenos T24 Functional Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in core banking operations, product configuration, and business engineering. Based on-site at our headquarters in Islamabad, you will serve as the primary bridge between our business units and technical development teams. You will be responsible for translating complex microfinance and retail banking requirements into functional specifications, designing end-to-end business workflows, and configuring Temenos Transact modules—with a heavy emphasis on Arrangement Architecture (AA)—to drive digital financial inclusion.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements for Retail Core Banking, deposit accounts, branch counter operations, clearing mechanisms, and back-office financial ledger workflows.
• Author FRS technical specifications and Agile User Stories for Temenos T24 Transact Arrangement Architecture (AA Accounts/Deposits), Customer, Funds Transfer (FT), and Teller modules.
• Design and configure core T24 front-office/back-office user interfaces, including System Screens (Versions), Validation Rules, Deal Slips, User Menus, Enquiries, and Local Reference Fields.
• Conduct detailed GAP analyses between standard out-of-the-box T24 functionality and local SBP regulatory/operational requirements.
• Define parametric rules for interest accruals, withholding tax (WHT) calculations, Zakat deduction logic, account fee profiles, and Close of Business (COB) batch processing dependencies.
• Support post-live operational processes, including functional validation of COB financial outputs, clearing logs (NIFT), and first-level functional issue resolution.
• Define functional test scenarios, prepare test data, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, and track software bugs in Jira.
• Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Have a minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst on the Temenos T24/Transact platform.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
• Direct functional expertise in T24 AA Accounts/Deposits, Customer, Funds Transfer (FT), Teller, General Ledger (GL) accounting, Versions, Enquiries, and Deal Slips.
• Structural knowledge of retail banking, high-volume transaction processing, clearing mechanisms, and SBP regulatory parameters.
• Proficiency in GAP analysis, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), FRS drafting, and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong understanding of T24 COB/EOD batch processing cycles and financial logging.
