 Identify information sources and business processes which are key to operational objectives of individual domains.  Understand and determine operational objectives by collaborating with key functions and stakeholders and develop key matrices from data generated by various domains.  Identifies, researches and resolves business & operational technical problems. Ensures that the development & use of business intelligence enhances business decision making capabilities.

 Collaborate with functions to develop/implement relevant strategies based on business intelligence to achieve desired outcomes/results in-line with organizational objectives.  Deliver informative reporting to stakeholders that highlights relevant operational / business trends and opportunities for improvement in processes, products, resources, capacity etc.  Review a variety of areas including branch & branchless banking, operations, procurement, business, finance, HR etc. to digitize

 Gather, structure and analyze data and transform in to intelligence and knowledge to develop organizational strategy, support management decision making and track the outcomes with detail and at desired frequency

Have 4-5 years’ work experience in business, finance, operations or relevant field in the banking/financial services sector with hands on MIS development and Management.
