• Technically proficient with all current and potential concepts of the IT industry.
• Manage entire network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN/WAN etc.) connectivity’s for MMBL Branches, Head Office, Primary & DR sites, 3rd Parties etc.
• Manage links installation, commissioning and other corresponding’s with service provides as per requirements/needs.
• Manage Routers/Firewall: with appropriate routing protocols (for example, but not limited to BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, IGRP, RIP and RIPv2), auto traffic re-routing, links redundancy etc.
• Manage network security at gateway/edge and access levels (e.g. IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, DDOS mitigation, ACLs, SOPs etc.)
• Manage Internet connectivity and related Services including Proxy Services (content filtering, web application filtering, web caching, forward/reverse proxy etc.)
• Manage network level SLAs.
• Manage multi vendor’s network equipment (not limited to Cisco, Juniper etc.)
• Capacity Management of entire network infrastructure as per future forecasting and needs.
• Manage efficient designing of network infrastructure.
• Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market.
• Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of relevant programs/equipment performance.
• Responsible to regularly review, update, maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) pertaining to domain area.
• Responsible for IT Audit Compliance.
• Ensure that all changes are carried out as per the change management policy and procedure
• Develop and Implement Disaster recovery plan for core connectives and services along with DR drill planning, coordination and availability of network infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or other relevant field. • Cisco/juniper Certifications will be preferred. • Minimum of 6 years related work experience • Minimum of 6 years related work experience Installation, Configuration and Management of network infrastructure • IT Networks expertise including routing, switching and security • 24 x 7 on-call availability of the resource even in Holidays/Annual leaves and he/she would be able to connect to corporate network to do the needful as and when required.
