Assistant Manager Information Security

Job Description:

  • Review Information Security aspect of Business Continuity Plan of the organization and suggest improvements in the plan.Develop and update Information Security Awareness training documentation and materials. Conduct training sessions on or about Information Security and ensure consistent application of company policy and procedure guidelines.Ensuring that only approved changes are implemented in the production environment after robust testing.

  • Manage and timely update the Inventory of all Information Assets including hardware, software & administrative privileges Evaluation and testing of Operating System (OS) updates and changes supplied by vendors, prior to installation. Conducting routine reviews of MFB networks to ensure compliance with established policies and standards. Performing technical IS risk reviews for all applications and Software.Review of OS hardening and patch management on servers and network devices.

  • Pro-actively reviews all systems and types of access controls on various risks like Cyber Threats, Data Security and compliance and communicate for timely actions to mitigate them.Manage the procedure of Password Envelope custodianship and timely updation of log sheet. Monitor implementation progress and compliance with approved Information Security Policy and standards, including security incident investigation and response.Perform Spot Checks to verify the compliance status of Bank Policies

  • Work with auditors to keep audit focus in scope and provide advocacy and ensure to achieve good audit rating Responsible to liaison with technical teams for ensuring compliance of technical vulnerabilities / IS Audit issues Performs other related duties as may be required by the manager

Job Specifications:

  • Conduct Access Control review in accordance with Information Security Policies, IS Audit standards, guidelines and best practices to meet planned objectives.Performs all necessary due diligence relating to secure, least privilege access on need basis
