Procurement Associate

Job Description:

  • • Maintaining an updated MIS of all procurements. • Processing of purchase requisitions, collection of quotations, evaluations and order issuance. • Vendor management (Coordination, Induction, Screening and MIS maintenance of vendors) • Reporting of all procurement related tasks. • Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders. • Any other task(s) assigned.

  • • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution, however MBA will be preferred.

  • • Proficient in MS Office • Sound communication and interpersonal skills • Product and process knowledge • Good Analytical skills. • Team player

  • • Good communication skills for coordinating with people. • Sound awareness combined with average computer literacy. • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to work under pressure
