Job Description:
• Undertake duties supporting the use of HITS including making changes into system, and updating the data as and when required. • Maintain monthly headcount reports (Joining-Leaving Report) • Undertake duties supporting the use of HRMS including making changes into the system and updating the data as and when required. • Ensuring that employee personal files and records are maintained in accordance with the requirements and company’s policies and procedures. • Responsible for timely issuance of all employment related letters including experience letters, reference letters, salary revisions, promotions and re-designation etc. • Responsible for Banks’ employee verifications and confirmations. • Maintain health enrollment, addition/ deletion in dependents
Have at least 1 years of experience. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management. Have the ability to work independently. Self-Confident & Motivated.
Ability to work with subordinates and senior management. Communication skills (English), spoken and written. Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
