This role will allow you to directly contribute towards MMBL’s growth via digital marketing ambitions. You will be the expert in helping set up the digital marketing framework, tools and processes, across the Digital & Mobile marketing channels. This will include Social media, App store, Search, Affiliates and Mobile marketing. Via both organic & paid marketing, you will be a key team member to deliver on acquisition and engagement goals on critical digital assets e.g. App and Partnerships. Your typical day at work will include: • Regularly take stock or audit social, search and store channels for digital app / partnerships presence. Track, report and generate actionable insights of app, website and social. This includes doing comprehensive analysis of competitor digital marketing strategies/ campaigns • Creating and executing digital campaigns across digital and mobile channels, while at the same time experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage new sources/channels • Hands on with digital media buying on Social (FB, Insta, Twitter etc.) , App store, Display, Video, Search, UAC /Programmatic and Affiliates • Employing methods and models for ensuring better targeting and optimal campaigns, driving down costs of acquisition / engagement while delivering maximum impact (impressions, conversions, installs and revenue etc) • Conducting experiments and A/B testing initiatives to test and isolate learning for what worked and what did not work. Provide insights as well as recommendations for changes required in the future go-to-market plans on Digital and Mobile media • Maintaining weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics trackers / reports to measure consumer behavior and customer experience across all online assets • Liaison with internal team’s Corporate communications, Product and Technology, external agency for managing go to market calendar, in order to efficiently use budget, time and resources. • Creation of video content for social media and app marketing. Get designs and banners created for various social posts and campaigns, per brand guidelines. Publish content on all social media channels. • Work closely with product owners and sales team to develop product promotions, go-to-market strategy and communication for online mediums • Strong data driven marketeer focused on performance marketing; develop funnels for acquisition & engagement; tracking & converting new/returning users on app via campaigns. • Improve user engagement for all types of traffic on both paid and unpaid media. • Explore new and impactful advertising opportunities on social/stores/search on digital & mobile media. For instance, trending relevant apps to cross promote, newer ad formats. Keywords research for website/ app store content and ASM/SEM campaigns. Deliver results for On-page and Off-page SEO/ASO.
Education • At least Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science • Good to have Certification in Digital Marketing e.g. Google Ads/Analytics/AdWords/Facebook Ads Experience • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience and impact in setting up and delivering performance digital marketing (campaigns and analysis) • Understanding of what/how brands communicate based on consumer behavior and how it translates into ad and the product experience • Experienced in digital media buying / performance marketing / social media listening & marketing for digital products. Focus on performance marketing via segmented targeting and conversions. • Knowledge, Understanding and Hands-on experience of Digital Ad tools e.g. Google Ads Manager, SEM/ASM, ASO/SEO, DMP’s such as Google Analytics or Firebase etc. would be great to have.
