Assistant Manager Digital Partnerships

Job Description:

  • This is a strategic role, which focuses on Digital Partnerships and will be responsible for development of strategies to integrate with partners digitally that add value to business, contributing to growth or efficiency ambitions. Moreover, will be looking after partner operations, liaison with and tracking performance of the partner portfolio. The individual will be responsible for building business cases and collaborating with stakeholders, to ensure that partnerships are complaint, delivered timely and profitable growth. Responsibilities · Responsible to define, drive and manage the execution of digital partner strategy, to exceed portfolio growth and quality. This would include identifying & priority of win-win partnership opportunities that bring in acquisition, create engagement or improve experience, maximizing business impact. Business impact could range from revenue increase, opex reduction, customer experience improvement etc. · Manage a roadmap of partners wrt resources, so as to prioritize deliverables to achieve targets in terms of portfolio users & value (loans, deposits & banca) and timelines, quality etc. · Prepare, develop, manage and refine qualitative + quantitative dashboards/trackers, to meet the needs of the Management and Stakeholders, in order to create visibility and support effective decision making. · Maintain regular sync with digital partners, to track agreed milestones, success criteria & targets. Take timely actions and support from stakeholders, as a strong partner manager. · Collaborate and lead cross functional teams in Finance/Strategy, Product, Compliance & Technology etc. to ensure that partner strategy, business value is well aligned. For delivering partnerships scope, timelines, responsibility matrix is in place to achieve maximizing targets. · Developing and manage partnership budgets / spends timely, per processes and ensure course-correction to meet business targets. · Responsible for coordinating and motivating field teams, their capacity building, recruitment and performance reviews.

  • Education: At least Bachelors in Business Management, Marketing or Finance from a reputable university. Experience: · Minimum 3 years of experience in developing partner strategy, onboarding partners and delivering on business goals. · Commercially astute, who understands the value exchange between partners and why/how it translates into business value (qualitative + quantitative). · Strong communicator, influencer across organization and partners, via presentations and negotiation. . Ability to work in challenging environments with ambitious targets and diverse teams.
